Longevity and Nutrition Masterclasses Course Bundle

The Create Cures Foundation, has created two science and evidence-based Masterclasses about various dietary interventions, including fasting and its clinical applications, and that have been shown to have benefits for longevity and for the prevention of various diseases.

The Masterclasses are based on Professor Valter Longo’s scientific research, as well as on the most relevant studies about longevity, nutrition, ageing, and other related diseases.

The course "Nutrition, Fasting, Longevity and Disease" and "Longevity Through Fasting and Nutrition" have been accredited by The Keck School of Medicine of USC and designed for 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ total.

Non-healthcare professionals enthusiastic about the topic may also register and take the course without certification.

Create Cures Foundation

Create Cures Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the purpose of promoting creative, educational, and scientific programs aimed at ensuring healthy lives, improving the well-being of all ages, and reducing mortality due to noncommunicable diseases like cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative disease, as well as obesity.

We want everyone, even patients without financial means, to be able to benefit from new knowledge and live a long and healthy life.

Create Cures Foundation will use only 25% of total earnings for operational costs and the remaining part of 75% will be invested in the Foundation’s social projects to offer children, teenagers, and younger and older adults the opportunity to live a long and healthy life, in particular for those who suffer from diseases and are in critical financial conditions, and to prevent and support the treatment of noncommunicable diseases like cancer, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative diseases.

In addition, the Create Cures Foundation provides scholarships for health practitioners unable to pay the full rate by offering the Multimedia Course for a free or reduced rate.

Osama Hamdy, MD, PhD

World expert and recognized thought leader in the fields of obesity and nutrition in diabetes. Senior endocrinologist and Medical Director of the Joslin Obesity Clinical Program and Director of the Inpatient Diabetes Program. Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

Morgan Levine, PhD

Roberta Buono, PhD

Background in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, histology, flow cytometry analyses as well as a specific training in vivo study. She has conducted studies on the use of fasting-mimicking diet (FMD) and β-cell regeneration to reverse diabetes.
